The Russell County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is continuing to investigate a serious collision.
On July 2, 2024, at approximately 4:05 p.m., officers, along with the Prescott-Russell Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Clarence-Rockland Fire Services responded to a collision on County Road 17 and Edwards Street in Rockland. Initial information indicated that a collision occurred between a white pick-up truck and a orange car.
The three occupants of the orange car were transported to hospital by EMS with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the truck was treated at scene.
The investigation is on-going.
