Martina McBride’s Guacamole

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients:

½ cup white onion, finely chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/3 cup fresh lime juice (3-4 limes)
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground cumin
7 ripe avocados
1 cup Roma tomato, seeded and diced
Directions:

Mix together the onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, salt, pepper and cumin all in one big bowl. Use a fork to mash the ingredients together well.
Slice the avocados in half and scoop the flesh into the same bowl. Continue to mash the avocados until it reaches the consistency of your preference for the guac.
Add the tomatoes into the mixture and continue to mix everything together for a flavorful time. Heat up some salted tortilla chips and dip away!
